Support for men in every chapter of life

You deserve room to be heard. Therapy can support you in understanding yourself, building connection and working toward the life you want. These concerns are not exclusive to men; people of all gender identities are welcome to ask about support.

Anxiety, Depression & Irritability

Find space to discuss worry, low mood, loss of motivation, frustration or feeling disconnected. We can explore what you are experiencing, understand patterns and develop coping skills that fit your daily life.

Work Stress, Burnout & Expectations

Talk through career pressure, financial worries, caregiving demands and the expectation to keep everything together. Sessions can help you explore priorities, boundaries, rest and a more sustainable way of responding to stress.

Emotions, Confidence & Self-Esteem

You can talk openly about feelings without having the perfect words. Explore self-criticism, vulnerability, body image, loneliness and expectations about masculinity. We can work on recognizing emotions, understanding anger and responding more intentionally.

Relationships, Communication & Connection

Explore trust, intimacy concerns, emotional closeness, conflict, separation or divorce. Individual counseling offers room to understand your patterns and practice expressing your needs. Ask Natalia about couples counseling when you want to attend with a partner.

Fatherhood, Fertility & Pregnancy Loss

Becoming a parent can change your responsibilities, relationships and identity. There is space for the emotional impact of fertility challenges, a partner’s pregnancy, the postpartum period, miscarriage or pregnancy loss. Your grief and your experience matter, too.

Trauma, Grief & Life Changes

Discuss difficult experiences, bereavement, aging, health-related stress, retirement or changes in purpose. Your goals and pace guide the work. Contact Natalia to discuss whether her counseling services fit your needs.
